• Made To Order items have a turn around time of up to 25BD depending on fabric availability and supplier shipping times. We also offer a 15BD rush fee option. Ready To Ship items have a turn around time of 3-5BD.

• Fabric is ordered on Fridays excluding rush orders. Rush orders are ordered same day. Turn around time starts the Friday after fabric is received.

• If you are purchasing other items that are “ready to ship” (RTS) and want the ready to ship items immediately, please place two separate orders.

• Unforeseen delays can happen, and items can be received later than the estimated arrival time. We try our best to prevent this but sometimes they are inevitable.

Delivery:

• All RTS orders ship out within 3-5 business days and are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during business hours.
• Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. We are not liable for any delays or damage to items experienced during transit.

Lost/Missing Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Incorrect Address:

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed”, “return to sender,” or has been deemed “undeliverable” for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you via email.
• The original shipping costs will not be refunded on return to sender packages.
• Customers are responsible for any return to sender fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly. 
• Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package, or refund the subtotal of your order, minus any return to sender fee.
• If you select to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for any return to sender fee and the reshipping fee.

We currently only accept refunds for defective items only. You must reach out within 3 days of receiving your product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged (no stains, holes etc.)

Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For debit/credit card payments it may take 2-10 business days depending on your banking institution. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
